ADHD को लेकर कई ऐसी गलतफहमियाँ हैं जो आज भी लोगों की सोच को प्रभावित करती हैं।
ADHD में attention के साथ-साथ organization, impulsivity और tasks शुरू करने या पूरा करने में कठिनाई भी हो सकती है। 1️⃣ गलतफहमी: ADHD मतलब बस ध्यान नहीं लगना। असल में ADHD ध्यान के साथ-साथ organization, impulsivity और काम शुरू करने जैसी चीज़ों को भी प्रभावित कर सकता है। 2️⃣ गलतफहमी: ADHD वाले लोग बस आलसी होते हैं। जरूरी नहीं। कई बार इंसान काम करना चाहता है, लेकिन उसे शुरू करने या लगातार करते रहने में मुश्किल होती है। 3️⃣ गलतफहमी: ADHD में कोई लंबे समय तक focus नहीं कर सकता। ऐसा भी नहीं है। कुछ लोगों को अपनी पसंद या बहुत interesting चीज़ पर लंबे समय तक intense focus हो सकता है। तो अगली बार किसी को ADHD की वजह से struggle करते देखें, उसे तुरंत ‘आलसी’ मत समझिए। पहले समझने की कोशिश कीजिए।
